Scouting Fun At Color Me Mine Beverly Hills

Explore the world of ceramics with Color Me Mine. Your troop will have great fun painting, creating and learning about ceramics.



Color Me Mine Fun Patch
Scouts of all ages will have fun earning Color Me Mine's Fun Patch. Scouts will use stickers, tape and a fun bubble painting technique using real bubbles! This program is 2 hours long and includes a plate for each scout to paint. A Color Me Mine patch is included. Minimum 8 painters. $25 per scout.
Daisy Learning Petals
Color Me Mine has a fun and creative way for Daisy Scouts to learn about their petals. For each petal project, we wil read the scouts a story, discuss how it relates to the petal and then the scouts wil paint a pottery piece that will reinforce their learning. Each project is 1 1/2 hours long with a minimum of 8 painters. $25 per scout plus.

* Light Blue - Honest & Fair
Story: The Empty Pot
Pottery Project: tic tac toe board

We will discuss ways to be honest & fair, an important component to any game play.

* Yellow - Friendly & Helpful
Story: Rainbow Fish Finds His Way
Pottery Project: smiley face breakfast plate

This project wil remind Daisy Scouts to be friendly & helpful all day.

* Light Green - Considerate & Caring
Story: Emily's Everyday Manners
Pottery Project: please & thank you plate

We wil discuss the importance of everyday manners including table manners.

* Red - Courageous & Strong
Story: Big Al & Shrimpy
Pottery Project: courage box

Daisy Scouts will be encouraged to fill their box with act of courage stars.

* Orange - Responsible for What I Say & Do
Story: The Saturday Escape
Pottery Project: chore list plaque

This project will stress the importance of responsibilties by helping Daisy Scouts keep track of their chores.

* Purple - Respect Myself & Others
Story: People
Pottery Project: petal plate

Each scout will learn to respect and appreciate each other through the uniqueness of their projects.

* Green- Use Resources Wisely
Story: Recycle Everyday!
Pottery Project: plate

After discussing the importance of recycling, Scouts wil paint a reusable plate, eliminating the need for a paper one.

* Violet - Be a Sister to Every Girl Scout
Story: Rainbow Fish To The Rescue!
Pottery Project: a pair of hanging frames

Scouts will paint two hanging frames, one to keep and one to give away.

Junior Ceramics & Clay Badge
Junior Girl Scouts will complete all necessary requirements for their Ceramics & Clay Badge. Scouts will learn about different types of clay and glaze, tour our kiln room, build pieces with clay, and paint ceramic beaded plaques. This program is 2 hours long. Minimum 8 painters. $30 per scout.
Painting Parties
Color Me Mine Painting Parties are colorful and fun. They include a pottery piece for each child to paint, all necessary supplies, and the glazing and firing of each piece. The parties are 2 hours long with an 8 painter minimum. $20 per painter, plus tax and a 15% gratuity. Groups of 25 or more total guests we close the studio for a private partyfor an additional $350 per hour.

To Go Parties
Want to host a Color Me Mine party at your location? We will cone to you with all materials. Same rates listed above, plus add $20 per hour per employee for staffing. Not party is too large!
Reserve Your Date:
We recommend that all parties and programs be reserved in advance. A $100 deposit will be required to reserve your desired date and time.
